THE DOMESTIC EMPLOYEES AND THE LAW
The Federal Labour Law establishes a difference between general labour relations and those which are abide by special dispositions. Domestic employees are regulated under a special section of the Federal Law, this means the legal regulations for domestic employees have a special character. The difference is found in the time duration, suspension, rescission and termination of the relations, as well as the working conditions: working days, rights and obligations of employees and employers.
